Live Assist Get answers without leaving the conversation.

It runs beside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any app that plays sound on your Mac.

Answers from everything said so far.

What someone said about the rollout earlier, the name you forgot, the question you half-heard. Type it into the panel and get the answer while the call carries on.

Call presets, tuned to the meeting.

Make a preset for each kind of call, like customer discovery, a standup or an interview. Write who you are on those calls and what matters to you, and Improve with AI can rewrite it for you. The preset also holds the answer language, how often Smart Cards speak up and your quick pills.

Works with the app you already meet in.

Cluinn listens to your Mac’s own sound and microphone instead of connecting to a calendar or a meeting service, so it works with any app that makes sound, including the one your client insisted on.

  • Zoom
  • Google Meet
  • Webex
  • GoTo Meeting
  • Whereby
  • Slack huddles
  • Discord
  • Microsoft Teams
  • FaceTime

Who said what, named from the meeting.

Cluinn labels your turns and everyone else’s as the call runs, and the labels stay on the saved transcript. The names come from the meeting window itself: a capture of that one window, never your whole screen, read on our servers and never stored. Voices are told apart on your Mac, and no voiceprint is ever saved.

A call’s transcript with each turn labelled by speaker: Dana, Marcus, Priya Shah and you

The whole call, in writing.

Every word is written down as it’s said, each turn under its speaker’s label. You can open it in Cluinn while the call runs, and it stays on your Mac afterwards.

It opens when your call starts.

The Calls bar opens on its own when a call starts in Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, GoTo Meeting, Whereby, Slack huddles, Discord or Microsoft Teams in the browser. Anywhere else, press ⌘\ to open it.

Nothing ever joins your meeting.

Cluinn listens from your Mac, so there’s no bot to admit and nothing to install on anyone else’s side.

Your data Call audio is discarded once it’s text.

Cluinn transcribes on your own Mac wherever it can: on a recent Apple silicon Mac with an active plan, your speech becomes text on the machine itself, with no external speech model and no audio uploaded. During a trial, or any time Cluinn can’t run the on-device model, the audio is sent to our servers to be turned into text and discarded straight after.

Recordings, transcripts and calls live in a folder on your Mac. An encrypted copy is kept on our servers for your other Macs where encrypted backup is switched on for your account. Audio is never backed up.

We never use your content to train AI. The AI features still send your words to a server to be processed, even when your audio never leaves your Mac. Read the privacy policy
