Consultants Every client call, filed and findable.

A folder per client, a tag per project and a transcript you can still search when the engagement comes back around.

A folder for every client.

Give each client a folder and drag calls in as they land. Tag them by project, sort by newest, longest or name, and delete what’s done: it waits in Deleted calls in case you need it back. Deleting a folder never deletes the calls inside it.

Ask one client’s folder a question.

Scope a question to a single client and get an answer from that client’s calls alone: which concern keeps coming back, what was agreed in March, what they said about scope. It beats rereading every transcript in the folder.

The engagement that restarts a year later.

Search everything by its exact words or by what you meant. The call from last year you only vaguely remember is findable, and the transcript is still yours to read and download.

Common questions

Which parts need Pro?

All of the call side: recording a call, asking it questions, takeaways and search by meaning. Basic is dictation only; transcripts you already saved stay viewable, searchable by keyword and downloadable on every plan.

Does it track billable time?

No. Cluinn doesn’t do time tracking, timesheets, invoicing or billing of any kind. It notes how long each call was, and that’s as far as it goes.

Can I keep clients properly separate?

Folders and tags; there’s no client account or workspace. Everything lives on your Mac under your own sign-in and, where encrypted backup is switched on for your account, in an encrypted copy tied to it. Nothing is pooled with anyone else’s work.

What if I work across two Macs?

Your settings, personas, snippets and dictionary follow you. Recordings stay on the Mac that made them, since audio is never backed up. Saved calls follow you only where encrypted backup is switched on for your account: it keeps an encrypted copy and restores it when you sign in on the other Mac.
