See how each call went.
A saved call has a Coach row that says how many moments got in the way and how many you did well, across all your goals. Open it for the list.

Tell Coach the habit you want to build. It reads each saved call against it and shows what got in the way, what went well and how the count is moving.
Coach is part of Pro. Compare plans
Write the habit you’re working on, like “End every call with a dated next step”, or pick one of the goals Coach suggests. It reads your recent calls straight away and each new call when it’s saved, then counts what went well and what slipped.
Under each goal, Coach lists the patterns it finds across your calls, like ending without a date or explaining after the point has landed. Each one keeps its own count, so you can see which to work on first.

Coach suggests a few from what you tell it about your work, or from your recent calls. You can always write your own.
Open a pattern to see the moments behind it. Coach quotes what you said, says why it got in the way and suggests what to say instead. The moments you handled well are kept too.

Choose where Coach shows up: in a live call, after the call or both. Pick whether it names the thing or asks a question instead. Switching it off keeps your goals.

When a goal comes up mid-call, Coach can put a short card under the Calls panel: what just happened, what to do about it and the phrase it’s about.

Coach works from the transcripts of calls you’ve already saved, so a new goal has something to show before your next call.
Cluinn transcribes on your own Mac wherever it can: on a recent Apple silicon Mac with an active plan, your speech becomes text on the machine itself, with no external speech model and no audio uploaded. During a trial, or any time Cluinn can’t run the on-device model, the audio is sent to our servers to be turned into text and discarded straight after.
Recordings, transcripts and calls live in a folder on your Mac. An encrypted copy is kept on our servers for your other Macs where encrypted backup is switched on for your account. Audio is never backed up.
We never use your content to train AI. The AI features still send your words to a server to be processed, even when your audio never leaves your Mac. Read the privacy policy
