Recruiting Bring every answer to the hiring meeting.
Every conversation is written down, each answer under the name the meeting window shows, so you can listen properly and compare candidates afterwards.
Eyes on the candidate.
It’s hard to listen well while you type. The conversation is written down as it happens, and the panel can suggest a follow-up. Nothing joins the call, so there’s no bot to admit and no “has joined” moment for a nervous candidate.
The right name against the right answer.
Voices are told apart on your Mac, and the names come from a capture of the meeting window, read on our servers and never stored. Rename a wrong one once on the saved transcript and every line follows. No voiceprint is ever saved.
Compare candidates without rereading.
Ask one question across a handful of saved interviews: what each person said about the same problem, or who raised which concern. Every interview stays filed, tagged and searchable for the hiring meeting.
Common questions
Does it score or rank candidates?
No. Cluinn writes down what was said and answers questions about it; judging the candidate stays with you.
Do I need to tell candidates?
Yes. Nothing announces itself, so it’s on you, and in many places everyone on the call has to agree. Tell them before you press Start.
Which parts need Pro?
All of the call side: recording an interview, asking it questions, takeaways, search by meaning and pinning a chat to specific interviews. Basic is dictation only; transcripts you already saved stay viewable, searchable by keyword and downloadable on every plan.
