Sales The answer, before the customer moves on.
Type a question mid-call and the answer comes from the conversation. When the call ends, the action items are listed.
Ask for the number you half‑heard.
They gave a number a few minutes ago and you were listening, not writing. Ask for it and the answer comes back mid-call. Quick pills cover the questions you ask on every call: what should I say, what did they mean, catch me up.
Answers pitched for the call you’re on.
Set a preset for the kind of call it is, like a discovery call, a renewal or a tough negotiation, and tell it your role once. Answers on that call follow the role and the language you set.
The next steps, written down for you.
When the call ends, you get the action items, reminders and key points. Ask for a follow-up email and it comes back ready to paste. Every call stays searchable, so next quarter’s renewal starts from what was promised in this one.
Common questions
Which parts need Pro?
All of the call side: recording a call, live answers, presets, asking it questions afterwards, takeaways and search by meaning. Basic is dictation only; transcripts you already saved stay viewable, searchable by keyword and downloadable on every plan.
Does it connect to my CRM?
No. Cluinn has no integrations: it writes the follow-up and you copy it or export an answer as a PDF. Nothing is pushed anywhere automatically.
Will the customer know?
Nothing joins the call and nothing announces itself, so tell them yourself before you start, which you should, and in some places must. If you share your screen, keep the Calls panel on a display you aren’t sharing.
Does it work on the dialler we use?
It transcribes any app that makes sound on your Mac, so yes. It spots Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, GoTo Meeting, Whereby, Slack huddles, Discord and Microsoft Teams in the browser on its own; in any other app, one hotkey opens it.
