Email & writing Write email replies without typing them.
Put the cursor in the reply box, say what you mean and find it already written properly.
Wherever the cursor already is.
Mail, a browser reply box, a message, a form, a comment field. Press the key and speak, and finished text appears where you were about to type. You never leave the reply you’re writing.
Gmail gets one voice, your team chat another.
Personas attach to apps and to individual websites, and each one switches on by itself where you put it, so you never pick a tone mid-reply.
The reply goes out in their language.
Speak in the language you think in and Smart translation writes the reply in the one you’re answering, or in one you pin. It happens after you’ve spoken, not as simultaneous interpretation.
Common questions
Does it send the email?
No. It types the reply where your cursor is and stops there. You read it and press Send. There’s no mail integration of any kind.
Can it use my signature?
Save it as a snippet and a short spoken trigger types the whole thing, exactly as you saved it. Up to 10,000 characters, never reworded.
What if I’d rather it copied the text?
That’s a setting. Text can be pasted at the cursor, copied to the clipboard or both. Choose neither if you only want the transcript kept.
