Debrief Ask last month’s calls what was agreed.

Every call is written down on your Mac as it happens. Find it later, ask it anything and send the answer on.

Action items, reminders and key points.

When the call ends, Cluinn goes through it and lifts out what you’d have written down: who owes what, what to follow up on and what mattered. Each action item also has a box to tick once it’s done.

Open any saved call and ask.

Ask for a one-line summary, the action items, who agreed to what or a follow-up email. The answer comes from the full transcript, and the chat stays with the call for next time.

“Build my Wednesday pricing memo from this week’s calls.” Cluinn looks through every call you’ve saved, answers from the ones that matter and shows which calls it used. If you know where to look, pin the chat to up to 8 calls.

Your data Your calls are saved on your Mac.

Cluinn transcribes on your own Mac wherever it can: on a recent Apple silicon Mac with an active plan, your speech becomes text on the machine itself, with no external speech model and no audio uploaded. During a trial, or any time Cluinn can’t run the on-device model, the audio is sent to our servers to be turned into text and discarded straight after.

Recordings, transcripts and calls live in a folder on your Mac. An encrypted copy is kept on our servers for your other Macs where encrypted backup is switched on for your account. Audio is never backed up.

We never use your content to train AI. The AI features still send your words to a server to be processed, even when your audio never leaves your Mac. Read the privacy policy
